1998 FOH was established in Los Angeles, 501 (c) 3 Non-profit status and Articles of Incorporation established with the IRS
2009 FOH relocated to Marietta, Georgia under the covering of Refuge West Church. 25 peanut butter sandwiches were the first food distribution.
2012 FOH moved to Hollywood/Grove Park, State of Georgia certificate of Incorporation filed and Once A Month Church Outreach (OAMC) initiated on second Saturday of each month.
2013 implemented “Sack Lunches” a Box Lunch program that includes after school snacks for children.
2015 Started the Hope Distribution Project (HDP), officially partnering with churches and non-profit organisations for weekly food distributions.
2015 Started “The Gathering” which is a daily open forum of prayer and biblical teaching open to the public. • 2016-2017 introduced “The Prayer Room” a place of continual intercession during the OAMC. FOH strategically provides food in a variety of programs and presentations in order to serve as many as possible at their point of need.

FOH consistently ministers to the spiritual needs of its clients through prayer, biblical teaching, and discipleship.
OAMC partners with local churches and volunteers to connect with our community, sharing the love of Christ in the atmosphere of worship, sharing hot lunches, food boxes and a variety of free services.

FOH Results-to-Date Currently, 25 %-30% of total income is raised or donated by the Board of Directors.
Approximately 35 %-40% of FOH Funding is collected through ministry partnership contributions, program participation fees, recycling income, as well as income from the purchase and sale of selected products and services for the purpose of benefiting FOH, its mission and vision.
The remaining funding is derived from individual and corporate financial and in-kind donations, fundraisers, and grants. FOH Results-to-Date
Since the inception of Fountain of Hope, approximately $1.1 million have been raised.
Approximately 35% of annual budget committed by January 1, 2017 with 15-18% in reserve by end of January 2017.

FOH currently feeding an excess of 20,000 individuals monthly
In total, Fountain of Hope is currently in need of increase in budget. Additional funds will be used to feed thousands in the following ways:
• Provide an additional 3,000 – 4,000 meals on a monthly basis, at only $1.80 a meal.
Purchase of 3 trucks. Our trucks are the lifeline of our ministry. Each truck represents an approximate additional 4,000 individuals fed.
Three new full time staff workers are needed (an Administrative Coordinator, Assistant Logistics Manager, and a Truck Driver) to meet the projected increased volume of products and materials.
